Michelle Bingen LCSW Joins our practice!

At times life presents us with obstacles and challenges that seem too much to handle on our own. Michelle’s empathic and supportive approach coupled with her many years of clinical experience can assist individuals in finding solutions to better cope with these life struggles.
Michelle’s areas of interest and specialties include:

·         Trauma Survivors and Victims of Abuse
·         Grief/Loss Work
·         Women’s Issues and Personal Growth
·         Child and adolescent behavioral and emotional issues
·         Parenting
·         Couples Counseling and Communication Skills Training
 Her practice includes work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples.
Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Michelle uses a variety of techniques and approaches but believes that the client is the one who ultimately sets the direction of therapy. She believes that a safe, healing environment is the therapeutic foundation needed to allow clients to identify challenges, set goals, and make changes that are consistent with their beliefs and values.
